Yummy authentic Coto Makassar, the original taste of South Sulawesi's cuisine brought to the east coast of Borneo.

Good Food, Nice price, decent viewfor the ketupat, you can take as much as you can eat without any charge

Traditional makasar food. The coto was good, the broth mixed with coconut milk, the meat quite tender as well. You can eat with ketupat to add more carbo. Small space and limited parking lot.

they're selling Coto Makassar, it's traditional food from Makassar, which is they got meat or maybe you can order with cow organ such as heart, lungs or even tongue. it's really delicious and the price is pretty cheap. so i really recommend it for you guys

Good place to eat traditional food from Sulawesi. Since it is located right next to the sea, be prepared for a little wind. Nice food with reasonable price.

Nice place for you who want to have economic class of 'restaurant' on beach side. Conro is good, grilled fish is also good.

It's a best place to hang out with friends, having some good talk, and enjoying this famous Indonesian cuisine "coto makassar". Lied by the shore, this place offers a breathtaking scenery. Well it's truly recommended.

You dont have to worry about msg, salt, sweet soy bean sauce, because Coto will come a bit plain by default (for me) then you can add as you want since it is provided on the table. Another strong points is you can take ketupat (rice cake) as many as you want. Has a seaside view so the you got an open air

There were actually several options of coto restaurants in the same area, but my friends and I chose this one since our guide recommended us to dine here. The coto was delicious, we ordered mix tongue and meat. It costs Rp 25k each bowl (the cashier just calculates the number of bowls, so it includes a drink and ketupats as much as you want). It's located on the seafront, so we can feel the breezes and look at the waves.

Taste was average. The view was superb. The stalls was facing the acean. Rp 25.000 for a coto konro with all you can eat rice wrapped in bamboo leaves and free drink. Really worth a try...

one of the best coto makassar on balikpapan, the place is near beach, so it's best to eat at afternoon around 3-6pm, well you can't swim on the beach but the view is pretty good.the price around 25k and you can eat ketupat as much as you want.

The best Coto Makassar in Balikpapan. The most interesting thing is free drinks.

Used to be another best coto in town. The non innert (meat only) is tasted the best.I have recently revisited this food stall and found out the meat slices in the bowl is significantly reduced and leaving only a beef meat cubes (Les than 8 pieces). Very dissapounting moment.
